- Emergency services (911 or equivalent)
- Illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities
- Spam, unsolicited communications, or harassment

- Interfering with or disrupting our Services
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Fees and Payment Terms
Pricing and Billing
- All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due according to your selected billing cycle
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Late payments may incur additional fees and service suspension
Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- Annual subscriptions may be subject to early termination fees
- Custom enterprise agreements have separate terms

- We are not liable for outages beyond our reasonable control

Termination and Suspension
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Harm to our Services or other users
- Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Connectivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption or loss of business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage
- Unauthorized access to or use of your data
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The Services will meet your specific requirements
- The quality of the Services will meet your expectations
- Any errors or defects will be corrected

- Your violation of these Terms

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website or communicated to you. Your continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Go Connectivo regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Additional Terms for Specific Services
API Usage
Developers using our API must comply with our API Terms of Service and rate limits. Excessive usage may result in API access suspension.
Reseller Program
Resellers must comply with our Reseller Agreement and maintain appropriate business licenses and insurance.
International Use
Users accessing our Services from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
